PEPPERCORNS - PINK
PINK PEPPERCORNS - grown in Madagascar, aren't really peppers. They are berries with a sweet peppery flavour. The French have used pink peppercorns for hundreds of years in desserts such as Floating Island Custards, as well as in pâtés, sausage seasonings and savoury dishes. Now we all use them in various fish, meat, vegetable, and salad dishes. Pink peppercorns are useful for colour as well as taste.
