PULLED PORK RUB - Mix 3 parts spice rub with 1 part brown sugar. Slather your pork butt with mustard & rub the spice/sugar mix onto the pork. Cook it low & slow - 225F for 1-1.5 hours/lb. Let the pork rest for 30 minutes, then shred & serve with your favourite sauce & some slaw. This works well in a crock pot.  Just set it up in the morning and when you return home, dinner is ready!
